However, if necessary, In the event that you receive an item that you believe is damaged, please email support@amber-embers.com immediately (within 3 days from date of delivery ) and include your name, description of the issue and any necessary photos. Products and packaging must be intact and in original condition. we will take care of your request as soon as possible.
